A testament to rejuvenation and progress, the Brooklyn Bay Lofts’ stylish residences are ensconced in what was once considered one of the ugliest buildings in Brooklyn. Like most places in the Big Apple, there’s a load of history packed into its now sleekly designed walls. 21B took on the task of remodeling and revitalizing the one-time health center in the midst of Covid chaos. It’s now a state-of-the-art edifice that Brooklyners can call home.
