3. Tenant Communication and Opt-Out
As part of our property management services, Ownly Management (Rent Manager) may communicate with tenants via text messages. Each text message from Rent Manager will include the message “STOP 2 OPTOUT” at the end. If you, as a tenant, wish to opt out of receiving text messages from Rent Manager, simply reply with the word “STOP.” Upon receiving the “STOP” reply, Rent Manager will automatically disable your ability to receive text messages from that number through Rent Manager’s system.
