The Hana project is yet another ongoing embodiment of 21B’s fusion of passion and production. This dazzling development will soon hold 120 lavish units in an equally gorgeous edifice. While the building and units themselves will be known as the Magnolia Lofts, 21B has dubbed the project ‘Hana – A Flourishing Community,’ ‘Hana’ being the Japanese term for flower. Inspiration for this project was drawn from Elizabeth’s sister city, Kitami, in Japan. With the help of some world-class architects, the project’s central concept of blooming growth is currently being rooted into the building’s every facet.
